Information Tech Technician Network Administrator

Department: IT
Location: Liberal, KS

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Information Technology Technician with a focus on Network Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end users. This role requires good problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure data security and privacy
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes
- Document technical processes and procedures
- Manage and maintain Seward County VOIP system
- Manage and maintain Seward County Firewalls, Routers and Switches
- Manage and maintain Seward County servers and backup systems

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician with a focus on Network Administration
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
